Panther Run’s Multi-Use Center

Job creation is an important principle of Wellness Way and is central to the planning of Panther Run.

More than 1 million square feet of Panther Run is dedicated to employment uses, estimated to attract over 3,000 jobs, exceeding the county’s expectations.

Multi-Use and Neighborhood Centers will be the primary concentration for employment and non-residential uses. Not only is Panther Run designating land for these Multi-Use Centers, plans also include building access roads, extending utilities to each site and grading/prepping each site. This would otherwise be cost-prohibitive for employers to absorb.

Panther Run’s Multi-Use Centers are key to the long-awaited success of Wellness Way and will help usher in a new era of prosperity for Lake County.
